• Contact form — full name, email address, subject and message.
• Support requests — name, email and your description of the support you need.
• Newsletter — email address.
• Donations — name, email and donation amount, entered on Stripe's secure payment page; card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. For recurring gifts, Stripe also keeps a subscription record to process your future payments until you cancel.
• Technical data — anonymised audience statistics (see Cookies below).

• Responding to your messages and support requests — our legitimate interest in running the association.
• Sending the newsletter — your consent; unsubscribe at any time with one click.
• Processing donations and issuing receipts — performance of a contract and our legal accounting obligations.
• Measuring audience — your consent, or our legitimate interest where data is fully anonymised.

The Site uses strictly-necessary cookies — for example to remember your language choice — which require no consent.

Audience measurement relies on [analytics tool], configured to anonymise IP addresses in line with CNIL guidelines. Non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them via the consent banner.

Your data is accessible only to the KAMEIN team members who need it, and to service providers — hosting, email, payments — acting strictly on our instructions.

Because KAMEIN runs programmes in Guinea, some data (for example a support request) may be shared with our local team there. Transfers outside the European Union are protected by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Donation payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe receives your name, email and donation amount and processes them in the United States; this transfer is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. • Contact and support exchanges — 3 years after our last exchange.
• Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
• Donation records — 10 years, a legal accounting obligation.
• Recurring donations — Stripe keeps the subscription active until you cancel; the donation records are then retained as above.
• Audience statistics — 25 months at most.

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify and erase your data, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to contact@kamein.org — we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union and protected by access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and the principle of least access.

We may update this policy as the Site evolves; the date shown at the top always reflects the latest version.
